The F Warriors are more than alumni — we are a tribe of trial lawyers who grow together, stand together, and champion each other’s wins. Guided by a board of graduates from across the country, we carry the TLC mission forward through retreats, trainings, and deep-rooted connection that lasts long after the course ends.

Andrew Delaney

Andrew B. Delaney is a Vermont trial attorney who serves as president of the F-Warrior Board, helping build connections among Trial Lawyers College alumni nationwide. His practice at Martin Delaney & Ricci Law Group centers on representing people in personal injury and medical negligence matters. He is licensed in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, and the District of Columbia. He aims to keep his practice grounded, accessible, and guided by the needs of those he serves.

Andy is a past president of the Vermont Association for Justice. He is a proud member of the TLC faculty. He is active in various bar and trial lawyer associations, supporting initiatives that strengthen the legal community on a national scale. When not working, he enjoys music and family life, and remains committed to service and mentorship wherever he can contribute.

Growth

The mission of the F-Warriors is to nurture and facilitate the personal and professional growth, connection, communication, education, and development of TLC alumni.

Advancement

The F-Warrior Board will continue to encourage the F Warrior members to support the innovation and advancement of the TLC training methods for trial lawyers.

Support

The F-Warriors, through its Board, will support and collaborate with the Trial Lawyer’s College to support its mission of educating and training trial lawyers.
