About

The Trial Lawyers College Voir Dire Seminar introduces you to a method of jury selection in which you will learn how to identify the danger points in your cases, to reframe them into points of power, and how to approach potential jurors as an inclusive, rather than exclusive, process. You will divide into small groups to work on your own cases where you will learn by doing, not by struggling through endless lectures. Join TLC’s faculty team of trial lawyers, behavioral and communication experts to learn how to become the leader of your tribe -- one composed of you and your jurors -- who together will win justice for your client.

Location Ohio

At this time, due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, a specific venue has not been chosen. As soon as the venue is contracted, we will update this page. In the meantime, make plans to join Warriors in Ohio to learn and practice Voir Dire.

Faculty

All Trial Lawyers College courses are taught by graduates of the College, who volunteer their time, talents and resources to provide high-quality training not offered in any other CLE program. Because our faculty are volunteers, and are actively practicing in their respective firms, our faculty list is subject to change.

Food, Lodging & Roommates

The Regional Constellation Seminar fee does not include sleeping room charges or airport shuttle. The student is responsible for making their own sleeping room and transportation arrangements for this seminar.

There will be a room block at the venue hotel – more information will be sent to registered students as the course date nears.

Course registration deadline is the Monday prior to the course start date unless the course is sold out prior to that date. Because these constellations are limited to 40 students, we anticipate these courses will sell out early.
