About

Psychodrama has been defined as "the search for truth in dramatic action". Unless one knows something of the self it is impossible to know much about the jurors, the judge and the witnesses. A jury trial is a meeting at which the various psyches of the participants are thrown into the pot -- the courtroom -- along with the law and the evidence, and that which emerges from the “mystical stew” is the verdict. Trial Skills Foundation teaches participants how to use the methods of psychodrama in every phase of their trial. This course, at a level of participation entirely up to the participant, provides an opportunity for lawyers to approach the trial of their cases with a new knowledge of the self that helps remove much of the mystery and blind conclusions of the jury trial and opens new doors for winning. In every element of the trial from discovering the story to the final argument we utilize means and methods that students have discovered in the psychodramatic experience. Open to Lawyers and Paralegals from qualifying law offices. This course was previously titled Psychodrama for Lawyers.

Location Glorieta Camp | Santa Fe, NM

Located near Santa Fe, New Mexico, Glorieta Camp provides plenty of places to relax, think and quietly diffuse. Stake a claim on one of the many hammocks that are up for grabs. Find a soft patch of grass in one of our courtyard areas or find your own rock overlooking the waterfront. Take a shaded stroll through virgin aspen stands or reflect as you hike to one of our many scenic overlooks. Breathe in the fresh mountain air. Now exhale.
