Tuition payments are only transferable to another TLC course within the same calendar year or to a substitute participant for the same course. Cancellations must be e-mailed to TLC's Registrar: registrar@triallawyerscollege.org.

For all courses except Graduate I and Graduate II: Cancellations received at least 14 calendar days prior to the course will receive a full refund. Graduate I and Graduate II Course Cancellation Policy: As of 2019, both these courses will be by application, rather than by registration. Upon acceptance by TLC, all students must remit a $500 deposit at the time of submitting the application and is refundable only 60+ days prior to the course.
